Our History
The United Basketball Club program is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping young women strengthen their basketball and life skills and to enhance their determination to pursue a college education by means of athletics.
The program was founded in 2019 by CEO Richard Jeter in Columbus Ohio.
The reason for the program was to better serve the community with opportunities beyond high school.
By doing so we were also able to meet the needs of all up and coming athletes that needed exposure, and a larger avenue which allows them to reach their goals.
Formerly known as Ohio United, in 2019 the organization changed the name to what we stand for today, "United Family".
Over the first year in 2019 we played in the Bluestar League in USJN, but in 2020 we found a home with Adidas and entered the 3 Stripes Select Basketball.
